BLACKOUT SPECIALIST
Marie Sone is an Underwater Blackout Specialist based in London.
Throughout her career, Marie has supervised, and organised, the blacking out of swimming pools and water tanks, for productions. These productions range from feature films, and television, to corporate promos and music videos.
A number of these productions have been at the water tank of Under the Water Media in London, one of the UK’s top facilities for underwater shoots.
Marie joined the production of Sonar to work alongside our Underwater Gaffer.
Maria ensured our swimming pool location was correctly dressed underwater for the required shots from our shot list. This process took over two hours, to ensure every frame would be perfect for our shoot.
